SWA Member Benefits
- SWA offers 5-6 juried art competitions per year, incuding our prestigious Annual Exhibition of Art. Points earned in competitions go toward earning your SWA Signature Award.
- Art lecture/painting demonstrations throughout the year provide an opportunity to learn new techniques from professional Bay Area artists. This is a great time to socialize with members and other artists.
- Teach classes at the SWA Art Center or take classes and workshops. SWA members receive discounts on workshops.
- Put your website link on SWA's website and place your business cards in the Art Center.
- Volunteer! Get out of your studio and work with a great team of volunteers to help make SWA a premier art hub in the Bay Area.
- Network with other artists to share info and connect for new art opportunities.
- Showcase your art with solo/group art shows. The SWA Fine Art Center is available to rent for guest shows several times per year.
